Becca is a Senior Planner and Project Manager who specializes in a wide range of planning and technical assistance for projects relating to economic development, land use, and transportation. Becca is experienced at guiding communities through technical assistance in economic development and community revitalization efforts.

Her project involvement covers technical assistance, public engagement, database development, GIS analysis, tools creation, and model application that captures quantitative and qualitative interactions between multiple systems within the built environment.
